For the woman who handles it all
A free 45-minute workshop for midlife women who say yes to everyone but themselves. Identify what’s draining you most, find the words for the boundary you need, and practice saying them without feeling mean. Leave more confident in your voice—and more ready to enjoy the holidays yourself.
Sound familiar?
You could write the book on why you say yes.
The oldest daughter. The one who handles it. The one who remembers the birthdays, bakes the pie, drives the car and cleans the kitchen after.
It's out of your mouth before you've thought about it.
And then the holidays come, and everyone you say yes to is in one room.
Knowing why hasn't stopped it. So we practice catching it in real time, somewhere safe—so it’s easier to hold your boundary when it’s challenged.
"I took on a lot of extra because I thought someone had to. But no one said the someone had to be me!"a woman turning 51
The fix
You deserve to enjoy the holidays, too.
Recognize the yes that leaves you drained. Find a boundary that feels true to you, practice saying it, and prepare for the moment someone asks you to change your mind.
In the workshop, we identify the person or moment where your yes costs you the most. You’ll write your boundary in your own words and practice saying it with me beside you. We’ll work on your response to pushback, so you feel more prepared to stand by what you need.
Saying it for the first time can feel hard. Support, safety, and other women practicing alongside you make it easier to find your voice—and trust it.
My Holiday Boundary Card
The 45 minutes
The three places it slips out, and the signal your body sends first.

in one sentence. No reason, no sorry, no essay.
Practice in a supportive room of women who get it, so the words feel more familiar when you need them.
for when they ask a second time.
Leave with a boundary you’ve practiced and a response to pushback—so you can spend less energy bracing and more time enjoying the season.
Bonus: the Holiday Boundary Card—a one-page reminder of your words, ready when you need them.
Is this you?
